Politique d’expédition

We, process and ship orders 4x weekly (working days only) Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays for all non- perishable foods, haircare products and cosmetics.  All perishable foods are shipped twice weekly (Mondays & Tuesdays ). 

Shipping to Madeira & Azores Islands are on Tuesdays & Fridays (except for the Para Amanhã delivery option). Perishable foods to these Districts are available only with the Para Amanhã delivery option. 

Allow a maximum of 24hrs (working hours) after order & payment confirmation to process and ship out your order(s)

Shipping duration: 24h -48h working hours once an order has been shipped out(All Portugal Mainlands)

Shipping to Madeira with the Para Amanhã delivery option takes within 2-4 Business days after order & Payment confirmation to process and ship out your order(s). While the regular might take upto  6-7 Business days. 

Azores Island with Para Amanhã delivery options takes 2-4 Business days after order & Payment confirmation to process and ship out your order(s). While regular shipping might take upto 7-15 Business Day depending on location. 

Delivery options are available to choose from at check out. 

Sales delivery might take longer than ordinary days to deliver due to high demand. (This includes processing time & shipping time

All international shipping outside of Portugal takes 5-7 working days to deliver after an order processing. Perishable goods and frozen goods are not shippable for international order.

Please, make sure to fill out your correct receiving information at checkout to avoid any delays or returns on your order. 

Note: Tracking of order is solemnly the duty of the recipient. Kindly, make sure to track your parcel with the tracking code that will be provided to you through email/sms after curating & shipping of your order. We, at Favy African Market won’t be held liable for any loss/or damages/return caused by a recipient(receiver) negligence to track or  provide correct informations at checkout.
