Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders within Portugal and to selected international destinations where shipping is available.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight of your order. The rate shown at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.

Portugal

Shipping options and rates can differ between mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira. Available delivery options and estimates are shown at checkout.

International delivery

We are adding international destinations progressively. International checkout is available only for countries and order weights where an active shipping rate has been configured.

If checkout shows that no shipping option is available for your address, we may not yet have a rate configured for that destination or order weight.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown with the available shipping options at checkout where provided. Delivery to islands and international destinations can take longer than mainland Portugal.
